Event travel is limited to locations within a maximum of a 1.5-hour radius of Syracuse, NY. To reserve your event date, a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment may be required, depending on the event. A $30 travel fee applies to all private events. In the event of a cancellation, payments may be applied toward a rescheduled date if notice is provided at least [10] days in advance, subject to availability. Final guest counts must be confirmed at least [14] days prior to the event. Private events require a minimum of [10] participants. Accommodations for smaller groups may be available upon request. Changes after this deadline may not be accommodated. The location’s host is responsible for providing a suitable space for the workshop setup, including adequate seating and a clean, accessible area. We reserve the right to adjust project offerings, materials, or instructors if necessary, while maintaining the overall experience. All adjustments will be agreed upon by both parties and may result in increased or decreased pricing.
