Find your calm and create a serene escape with our hands-on Zen Garden Workshop at the North East Plant Show. In this relaxing session, you’ll design a peaceful tabletop garden that blends natural elements with your personal sense of harmony.
Here’s what to expect:
Learn to layer sand, stones, and natural textures to reflect the principles of Zen design. Arrange soothing elements like raked sand, polished pebbles, and minimalist features to craft your own meditative landscape. Customize with mini bridges, bamboo, moss, and calming symbols to reflect your inner peace.
Guided by expert instructors, this workshop is perfect for all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re looking to unplug, explore mindfulness, or simply get creative, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind, low-maintenance garden that brings tranquility to any space.
Materials Included:
• 6” Crafted Box
• White Sand & Natural Stones
• Bamboo Accents & Moss
• Mini Zen Accessories (buddha, bridge, pagoda, etc.)
• 2 air plants for a living touch
• Guided instruction and all tools provided
All Ages - Discretionary Refunds - 1 Ticket/Person
Yes! Children 12 and under can be accompanied by an adult and do not need to purchase 2 tickets.

Welcome to a houseplant lovers paradise! Over 160 tables full of the highest quality plants for our show including rares, uncommons, & commons! Also specialty plants like aquatics, bonsai, orchids and more!
VIP doors open at 9am. VIP tickets are on sale on our website until sold out. General admission opens at 10 am - $10 cash or $12 credit card. Ages 15 and under are free.
